Did you have the sweat problem before you got so heavy? I am thinking it will help. I know I’m much warmer being heave than I was when I was thin. Keep up the good work getting healthy!!!

Yeah you will totally stop sweating so much. Right now your body is using a lot of energy just to move around and do simple tasks… as your muscles grow and burn the fat, you will be using less energy to do the same things and therefor you wont sweat as much. Good job on the diet!

I lost over 100 pounds. I use to sweat a lot, even when I wasn’t doing anything really. Now its rare if I sweat at all. Its amazing! I think its because your body is so insulated that its hot a lot of the time. I use to like the air conditioning in the winter! Now I freeze just thinking about having the window open. I’m proud of you, good luck!

I think it will help. My son was once as heavy as you are, and he definitely sweat less after he lost weight.
Good for you, and good luck! Weight Watchers is a good program.

Yes, because big people with a lot of fat are always warm because of the fat and causes sweating, and skinny people are always cold.

  7. ebbear1423 says:

    yes, you will.
you sweat because you like tired.
when you lose weight, you will have more energy- you won’t be tired, and you won’t sweat

    GOOD LUCK : )

yes, because as u progress u will get more stamina and lose the heavy weight tht ure body has to carry evryday so u can excercise more with less sweating

  9. blaise_collins says:

Yes, sweat is nothing but an indicator of how hot your core temperature is. It is not a measure of intensity of exercise or calories being burned.
If you weight 300 lbs, I assume you are either very muscle bound or at the midpoint of obese (no offense intended). Fat’s primary functions are temperature homeostasis and energy. Extra fat means extra insulation, meaning most of your core heat is held in.
Start exercising, start eating healthier, and it will become less of a problem.

Yeah, when you lose weight you don’t sweat as much. It is because your heart is racing more when your heavy and it makes you overheat and for the body to cool itself down it sweats. When your skinnier your heart doesn’t beat so fast with simple tasks hence the body doesn’t overheat and you don’t sweat as much.

  11. The sex Dr says:

I’m sure that you will sweat less after significant weight loss. There are some conditions that make people sweat profusely such as Hyperhidrosis. I am not trying to frighten you or tell you that this is the problem, but if you are concerned i would check with your doctor to be on the safe side xx good luck xx

  12. Jim says:

If you lose weight your blood pressure will go down and you will sweat less.
